Alice Fermaintt (she/her/hers) serves as the Associate Director for the Center of Community, Advocacy, Resources, and Empowerment (CARE). In this role, she provides support for empowerment groups/identity-based organizations, develops inclusive programming that fosters a culture of belonging, support, and community, and leads the First Connection pre-orientation program.  Alice earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master’s degree in the Cultural Foundations of Education from Kent State University.  Alice is also a proud member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated.
