Academic Affairs

Academic Affairs oversees all academic departments, programs, curriculum, faculty, chairs and academic offices that enrich teaching, learning, faculty development, scholarship, creative work and academic opportunities.

Welcome to Office of the Krebs Provost and Academic Affairs at Lake Forest College. We embody our mission in our living learning environment and our values are the light that guide our collective endeavor as a community. Our state-of-the-art Krebs Center for the Humanities is emblematic of the sublime and enriched depth of critical thinking inculcated by the timeless Humanities. With a $1.2 million Mellon grant, the College is one of the leaders as a liberal arts institution in exploring Artificial Intelligence through a Humanities perspective. The liberal arts, natural, mathematical, social sciences, and all the arts at Lake Forest College are infused into the forester fundamental curriculum and rich academic programs, many of which are interdisciplinary. In our academic affairs web site, you will find information about related to all academic offices and units, who does what and academic support services.
