Melissa Nash named Assistant Vice President of Human Resources
Melissa Nash has been named the new Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. She begins at the College on July 6, 2026.
In her role, Nash will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee development, benefits administration, and compliance.
Nash has more than 24 years of professional experience spanning human resources, education, music, and business. She has 14 years of progressive HR leadership in a multi-campus higher education setting at University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where she most recently served as Assistant Chancellor for Talent & Technology.
A native of Chicago’s northern suburbs, Nash earned her master of science in organizational change leadership with a concentration in strategic human resources management and bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in human resources from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville as well as a bachelor of music in vocal music education from St. Olaf College.
