Spanish Class Cooks Mexican Cuisine

After studying the cultural significance of food in Latin America, Prof. Kripper’s SPAN 306 class had a cooking (and eating!) session sponsored by the Living-Learning Communities (LLCs) with the help of Aldo Guzman, Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Gates Center. Students prepared authentic Mexican appetizers and enjoyed eating tamales.
