“I talked about being selective in a job search to find the right fit, reflecting on what you want out of a job and doing what you can to make that happen … and challenges one faces the first year of a new job,” Thomason said of the August conference.

She also detailed the graduate student internship program at Lake Forest, which Thomason set up  in partnership with the Center for Railroad Photography and Art.
