Outstanding employees were recently recognized for their dedication to working at the College for 15, 30, even 35 years!

15 Years Service Award goes to Robin Ruchti Robin’s 15-year history at the College began at the reception desk on September 13, 1999. For many years she was the “first face of the College” for visiting prospective students and their families. After a number of years, Robin handed off reception desk duties and took responsibility for processing letters for prospective students and watched over the student workers who packaged the requested materials. Robin is well known for her organization and stamina. |
Jeanette possesses the ability to communicate with understanding and compassion which makes people feel at ease. She demonstrates this daily when making appointments to visit the college. Jeanette has an attitude towards others which reflects a high degree of trust towards people, and treats co-workers with dignity, respect. She is the consummate team player who collaborates with others to get the job done. Jeanette knows just about everyone on campus and works with them when she is making visit appointments. She believes in the importance of people as individuals, and has concern for their lives, families and personal growth. Jeanette contributes to the betterment of the people of the Lake Forest College community.
