Don’t miss ‘End the Silence’ on March 1

End the Silence
February 27, 2018

The educational campaign that students planned—with the help of a national grant—to end the silence on the stigma associated with mental illness will be held on March 1.

Last summer,  students won a national grant to create programming that raises awareness of stress and anxiety-elated health issues within the College community and for the public.
The schedule for the End the Silence events:
  • 10:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m.:  Meal and Meditation, Pearson Rooms
  • 4:15 p.m.: End the Silence Video featuring Lake Forest College students and their words of coping and resilience, Lillard Room 044.
  • 4:20–5:15 p.m., End the Silence Panel Discussion by several members of the National Alliance of Mental Illness, Lillard Room 044.
